Yogritu is an online clinical yoga platform led by Ritu Malhotra, a seasoned yoga expert with 20+ years of experience. We focus on personalized yoga sessions to manage health issues like unexplained body pain of nerves and joints and ease stiffness and internal health issues (like PCOD, thyroid, cholesterol, diabetes, digestion, respiratory, autoimmune and menopause issues).

Is this suitable for beginners or people with health issues?

Yes. Whether you're new to yoga or dealing with health challenges, our sessions are tailored to suit your comfort and medical condition.

Who will conduct the sessions?

All sessions are personally conducted by Ritu Malhotra, a trained and experienced yoga instructor. She has led and attended several retreats and workshops and has been featured in renowned newspapers, magazines and been on the panel of CNN, CNBC, Zee Business for yoga shows.

Are the sessions online or offline?

All sessions are conducted online via Zoom so you can attend from anywhere.

Can I get a customized diet or lifestyle plan too?

Yes! We also offer guidance on diet, sleep, and stress management to complement your yoga practice.
You will receive advice on a 12-month plan for the supplements you need to take based on your health issues, with adjustments every 3 months.

How do I book a consultation?

You can book through our website or contact us via WhatsApp/call. A free 1-on-1 consultation is available to assess your needs before you start.

What’s the duration and frequency of sessions?

Each session lasts 45–60 minutes. You can choose from flexible weekly or monthly plans based on your availability and health goals.

Can I do yoga when I am sick or on periods?

Yes you don't have to wait for the prime of your health to start the classes. They can be done sitting on a chair, bed, travelling as long as you have the will to get healed.

And since they are online you can join from anywhere.

Yoga is for which age group?

Yogritu starts enrolling from the age of 10 onwards.
